Cobb-Marietta Retired Educators Association (C-MREA) was organized in 1969 for educators retiring from Cobb County and Marietta City School Systems. C-MREA is the local unit of the Georgia Retired Educators Association (GREA). Membership is available to all retired educators living in our area and anyone who supports education in Georgia.

Monthly Meetings
Monthly luncheon meetings are held at the First United Methodist Church of Marietta located one block from the Marietta Square at 56 Whitlock Avenue, N.W., Marietta, GA 30064. Meetings are on the second Thursday of each month August through April at 11:30 a.m. Advance reservations may be made by emailing our president. You will have an opportunity to socialize with other retired educators and enjoy an informative program or social event.
Service Projects
Philanthropic projects are highlighted monthly allowing members opportunities to donate time, funds or purchased items to school and community organizations. Book swaps are held monthly with proceeds benefiting our scholarship fund.
